- Are you able to perform pull-ups, chin-ups or muscle-ups on your own, but would love to be able to perform more reps or improve your technique?
- The Ultra Light PTP SuperBand is designed to provide little assistance to lift your own body weight. With a resistance spanning between 2.3 and 6.8 kg at full extension, this SuperBand is our lightest level of resistance.
- It is the ideal SuperBand for you if you already possess a strong upper body strength, but need that extra bit of leverage to spring into action on the pull-up bar.
- How does it work? Simply thread your SuperBand onto monkey bars (or a pull-up bar) and slowly step into it. When used for explosive training or resistance training exercises, this particular SuperBand will provide you with a limited level of challenge.
